The Industrial Mission of MIMA Pro is to provide state-of–the-art Microwave-based parametric monitoring and control systems for multiple applications within the pulp, paper and lumber industry and other industries.  MIMA Pro has a prime goal of branding ourselves as a green company capable of providing a 100% guaranteed turn-key systems into receptors capable of worldwide enterprise expansion.

China has long been a world leader in Industrial Microwave-based drying and sterilizing solutions for various sectors.  MIMA-Pro intends to transfer technology from China to Canada in partnership with Quicker Instruments Inc.  Quicker Instruments Inc. was incorporated in 2013, in Richmond B.C. with a focus on working closely with MIMA-Pro to design, manufacture and promote continuous flow microwave dehumidification equipment that will be leased or sold to kiln owners in BC and in other parts of Canada and the United States.  These dehumidification equipment enables the dehumidification of both softwood and hardwood lumber.  MIMA Pro's partnership with Quicker instrument is expected to ensure proprietary advancements in microwave solutions for Cost Effective, Eco-friendly parametric monitoring and control within Pulp, Paper and Lumber (P,P&L) industry applications.  In addition, MIMA Pro has undertaken market assessment micro-waved based drying and sterilization applications since early 2012 and believes there are opportunities to expand commercial opportunities in the Medical Cannabis and Hemp sector of the North American market place. This opportunity to provide services to several industries offers a diverse stream of technical sales and service.

MIMA-Pro's Industrial Technology Development and Knowledge Acquisition  History

The inspiration for these system comes from collaboration with Japanese and Chinese Microwave engineering experts, working together over 30 years to provide a solution to the necessary quality control issues associated with water content in the P,P&L Industry.  The requirement of precise and accurate moisture content monitor and control is an indispensible condition for cost effective P,P&L production.  MIMA Pro will produce proprietary turn-key systems providing low-cost environmentally-friendly guarantees for improved Quality Control & Assurance for meeting high standards of quality specified product excellence. We believe we have created the first sustainable, turn-key solution for the P,P&L industry world wide. The result of over 30 years of research into the art and science of secondary and tertiary resource production systems combined with proprietary technical refinements working with thought leading Institutional Research groups, and it's industrial partner, Quicker Instruments, MIMA Pro's Microwave based system was transferred, installed, verified and  validated in a Pilot Plant at Imperial Cedar Products (ICP) shingle mill in  Maple Ridge,  B.C. in early 2013.  Preliminary results were encouraging, however final improvements and validation was interrupted by ICP’s fire that destroyed the facility and equipment in late 2013.  The experienced gained from the initial installation/operation/process qualifications provides proprietary intellectual property to pursue additional opportunities in the future.  Considering the results and experience gained in the first-in-North America,  continuous-flow microwave shingle drying operation has been pre-commercially verified with final technological and economic validation to be realized upon next installation(s), MIMA-Pro is confident it can repeat the success of similar industrial results that MIMA Pro founders have observed with similar systems in China, and Australia.  MIMA Pro's goal to be the first in North America to providing a reliable, sustainable solution for optimizing moisture monitoring and control requirements in North American is clearly realizable.
